JOB SUMMARY The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of multiple departments within a fast-paced fulfillment center. This role is part of an area management team that continues to grow and expand the throughput of orders and production capacity. The facility has opportunity to grow and expand beyond current space. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executes strategies to improve efficiencies by optimizing performance and expenses in the facility Develops an organization and management support team to enable the distribution center to meet or exceed the service level requirements of external and internal customers Oversees staffing and recruitment of an available workforce to meet production demands Manages multiple shifts to meet or exceed productivity and efficiency goals; Analyzes and adjusts staffing to respond to work flow Maintains knowledge of OSHA guidelines to enforce worker safety and health regulations Establishes team objectives and leads project management initiatives Develops and assists with presenting analytics, key trends and solution proposals to the Director Collaborates with key stakeholders to confer about products, fulfillment metrics, and distribution issues, among many other concerns Coaches and develops talent within the organization QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 5

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
